On April 10, the exciting “Training Tour” event took place in Oberland, with various companies from the Miesbach district participating.
SEP Logistik AG was also present and offered two groups of students from different schools the opportunity to learn more about the company and gain insight into the daily work of an IT specialist in the logistics industry.
A total of 30 students from the Miesbach district who are about to graduate visited us.
As a long-standing IT training company, we were able to present our intralogistics solutions in a practical way during the training tour.

During the event, the students were given general information about the daily work at the software company and the company’s diverse departments.
At four stations, visitors received valuable information about the daily tasks and challenges faced by IT and logistics experts.
The stations included information on automation solutions, hardware, RTLS (real-time localization), as well as insights into the company’s presentation to prospective customers and clients. These practical insights are intended to help the young talents discover and develop their professional interests.

Under the patronage of District Administrator Olaf von Löwis, the training tour is organized by the REO Regionalentwicklung Oberland as part of the educational region and regional management.
In 2025, 700 students participated and visited 77 companies on 45 tours.
