Demand-oriented order processing

The RELAG Order Picking Control System supports various methods for efficient order picking. These include two-stage picking, in which multiple orders are bundled and the items picked together are then assigned to the individual orders. For particularly large orders, parallel picking is recommended, in which a complete order is broken down into sub-orders and combined in a timely manner.

Efficient picking with flexible solutions

The RELAG Order Picking Control System module includes multi-order picking, where several orders are picked simultaneously in a single step and placed into their respective order containers (shipping cartons), saving time and effort. Additionally, the system supports bulk picking, where typical item quantities are taken directly from pallets or even full pallets from shelves.
