1. Arrival & Registration — The driver registers at the terminal in multiple languages. License plates and contact details are recorded, safety instructions are mapped digitally – and the vehicle is assigned to the correct process from the very first second.
2. Guidance across the premises — Map and display systems direct the driver to the appropriate waiting or approach zone. He receives the approach instruction via SMS at the right time – without searching, without inquiries, and without unnecessary detours.
3. Docking & Loading — The vehicle is specifically called to the assigned gate. Staging and loading are synchronized with progress, the status of each ramp is visible in real time – the transition from the yard to the ramp is fluid.
