Career fair in Holzkirchen
March was all about recruiting young talent at SEP Logistik AG, so that we participated in two vocational orientation events in the district of Miesbach.
On 18 March, together with almost 70 other companies from the Oberland, we took part at the career fair of the Oberland-Realschule in Holzkirchen. The fair is one of the largest school fairs in our region. Our trainees and the HR department informed the students of the 8./ 9./ and 10 classes about the training opportunities in IT.
Trainee Tour
A week later, we also welcomed two groups of 25 students directly to our company headquarters:
We were A station of the training tour organized by the REO Regional Development Oberland, which enables more than 700 pupils to gain practical insights into companies.
As SEP Logistik AG, we offered two groups of students from different schools the opportunity to get to know the company better and gain an insight into the everyday work of an IT specialist in the logistics industry.
Education with a future:
During the event, students were presented with general information on everyday work and the diverse areas of the company.
At various stations, visitors received valuable information about the daily tasks and challenges that IT and logistics experts master.

The trainee tour is organized by the REO within the framework of the education region and the regional management.
In 2026, 700 students attended and visited 76 companies on 42 tours.
