RELAG User Days 2026: Exchange, Innovation, and the Future
SEP Logistik AG welcomed a total of 40 customers and interested parties from Germany and Austria to its 2026 User Days.
Over the course of two varied days, the focus was on current developments, innovative technologies, and practical logistics solutions. In addition to expert presentations, the event offered ample opportunity for personal conversations and the exchange of experiences.
In-House Event in Weyarn
The first day took place on September 9 as an in-house event at SEP Logistik AG’s headquarters in Weyarn. Through various presentations, participants gained insights into new modules, current projects, and future technologies.
Melanie Kaupert from the SEP Logistik AG sales team opened the program with a presentation on the “New RELAG® DYMA Dock and Yard Management” module, showcasing modern methods for organizing and managing loading processes and facility yards.
Next, Elisabeth Röpfl presented the project “Localization Without Compromise: Label-free 5G-based RTLS®.” The presentation focused on the capabilities of reliable localization without traditional labels and the resulting potential for logistics processes.
Another key topic was the use of artificial intelligence. In his talk, “Deploying AI Where It Makes Economic Sense,” Andor Greißl from appdoo demonstrated how companies can implement AI in a targeted manner to achieve concrete, practical benefits.
The focus shifted to practical application with the project presentation “Everything Interlocks: Diverse Automation Solutions with a Single Goal.” Andreas Bauriedl from Carl Beutlhauser Kommunal- und Fördertechnik GmbH & Co. KG explained how various automation solutions work together and contribute to optimizing logistics workflows.
Day Two at Stellwerk 18
On the second day, the team headed to Rosenheim to visit Stellwerk 18. There, professional exchanges continued, with a joint look at current and future topics in logistics.
Following the welcome and a group catch-up, the agenda began with the latest technical developments. A particular highlight was the unveiling of the new SEP Forklift App. The presentation took place right as the nationwide test alarm sounded at 11:00 a.m., giving participants insight into the new solution’s functions and potential applications.
Afterward, current challenges in logistics were discussed, focusing on—among other things—the growing importance of efficient processes, transparent information, and flexible technical solutions.
The topic of “Artificial Intelligence at SEP Logistik” also featured prominently. Participants discussed the areas where AI can generate tangible added value and the prerequisites for its successful implementation.
The event concluded with a summary and a feedback session. Participant feedback provided valuable insights for the ongoing development of solutions and for future events.
Wrapping up at the Rosenheim Autumn Festival
To round off the event, the group headed to the Rosenheim Autumn Festival for a joint lunch, where they brought these two informative and varied days to a close.
