DYMA Dock and Yard Management for truck traffic on the company premises

At sites with large operational premises, the sequence of truck check-in, waiting, docking at the ramp, and departure often involves several separate, variously organized steps. The new RELAG DYMA – Dock & Yard Management module allows this workflow to be mapped as a single, cohesive, digitally supported process.

Typical Workflow

The driver checks in at a terminal—available in multiple languages—where the license plate and contact details are recorded. Safety briefings can be provided digitally. The driver is then guided to the appropriate waiting or staging area via map and display systems or SMS notifications. Once the goods are ready for loading, the vehicle is called to the assigned dock; the status of the loading bays can be viewed in real time throughout this process. The process concludes with weighing (both empty and loaded) and documentation of the entire operation.
