RELAG®

The RELAG-System enables consistent control and transparent processing of your intralogistics processes. Thanks to Java-based programming, the system is platform-independent and can be seamlessly integrated into any IT infrastructure. The data center works with proven SQL databases such as Oracle, MS SQL or PostgreSQL and runs on a Linux application server.

This architecture ensures maximum performance, security and scalability – regardless of the hardware used. Installation can be flexible on-premise or in the cloud, depending on your security, maintenance and availability requirements.

The RELAG-System connects smoothly with warehouse technology, IT and ERP systems via standardized interfaces. This creates a consistent information and process chain – from material flow control to warehouse management to the strategic evaluation of your logistics data.

The warehouse management system is the basis for the digitalization of your intralogistics and serves as a central control unit for all warehouse and material flows. It combines numerous functions to efficiently manage all warehouse movements, from goods receipt to shipping.

As the basis for all RELAG modules, it creates transparency, process reliability and the basis for your future system expansion.

Forklift Guiding

The RELAG Forklift Control System optimizes the internal material flow through intelligent allocation of transport orders. This reduces travel times and avoids empty trips. The forklift guidance system can be expanded to include forklift navigation with RTLS real-time location – for completely scanner-free processes.

Production Control

The RELAG Production Control System controls the material flow to production. It ensures replenishment, onward transport and return storage just-in-time. Thanks to integration into storage and material flow systems, production runs smoothly and without downtimes.
